• The item must be returned with the complete original packaging.

Lifetime Returns (20% Refund via Gift Card)

We believe in the lasting value of our jewelry. For any returns made after the initial 7-day window, we offer a lifetime return policy. You can return your jewelry at any time and receive a 20% refund of the purchase price.

• The jewelry may be worn or used.
• The original bill must be presented as proof of purchase.
• The refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card or discount coupon.
• This Gift Card can be used for future shopping exclusively on our store or website.

Refund Policy

All refunds for returns made within the 7-day window will be processed back to your original payment method. For lifetime returns, the 20% refund value will be provided as a store gift card, allowing you to easily shop for new pieces from our collection. The details of your gift card will be sent you via sms and e-mail within 3-5 working days after we recieve the package.
